- ➤ Oxford City Council approved a resolution to join a regional energy organization for its electric aggregation program that will use renewable education after the current contract ends this December, plus the council approved an economic development plan by a six to one vote that aims to create 1,000 jobs through projects at College@Elm and a mixed-use development in Western Knolls.
