- ➤ Miami University Honors College seniors used their projects to tackle real-world issues—Katelyn Wang studied how cancer cells resist treatments and crafted a report to share her findings with the public. Miami University
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ At its June 4th meeting, Oxford’s Environmental Commission voted on three research priorities for 2026 including solarizing the water infrastructure, adding a methane flare at the closed landfill, and studying a hazardous waste drop day (a local option supported by community feedback). Oxford City Council will review the recommendations on June 17th to decide next steps. Oxford Free Press
