- ➤ On May 2, Miami University opened the SMART-FIT Lab to train students in smart manufacturing skills as part of a new hands-on curriculum in the College of Computing and Engineering—this modular lab, featuring molding, assembly, and packaging areas, will also host workshops and boost industry research.
