- ➤ Miami University will send 28 students to intern at Cleveland Clinic this summer in biomedical engineering, finance, cybersecurity, and more; the program is part of an ongoing partnership that has also resulted in new academic programs (like a Bachelor’s in Quantum Computing) and shared innovation spaces. - ➤ Editors compiled media picks from May that spotlighted Miami University experts on topics like right-to-repair bans, government history mandates and solar energy projects at Miami. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ At the Talawanda BOE meeting on May 14, the board said TSD may miss $1.2M in funding because of a software error and expects a fix before June 30 if delays persist. They also approved a sidewalk easement at 909 S. Main St so TSD receives $16,711 from the city. Oxford Free Press

- ➤ Miami Physician Associate alumna Jillian DiTusa released a capstone project that offers a practical review to help clinicians quickly make decisions for injured athletes. The project was developed as part of a program that trained students on point-of-care ultrasounds. Miami University
