- ➤ Oxford’s Uptown Parks at High and Main will host MiamiFest’s Alumni Weekend event on Saturday, June 7, starting at 7 p.m., featuring dinner from local restaurants, KidsZone open until 9:30 p.m. plus live music by the Bluewater Kings Band at 8 p.m. and a Miami Men’s Glee Club Reunion Concert at 5:30 p.m. In-person registration will be available at the Shriver Center on Friday, June 6, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, June 7, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Miami University
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Talawanda School District held the Class of 2025 graduation on May 22 at THS Marvin Wilhelm Athletic Complex—nearly 250 students walked the stage despite windy and rainy conditions. Honors were given to about 60 students while others received special recognition as they prepared for college, military service, or other paths. Oxford Free Press
