  • James River Phillips, a Mason man accused of making homemade explosives and shipping materials to Oxford, was released on bond on April 22 — the FBI led a joint operation last week that included a bomb squad response in Oxford.  Oxford Free Press

  • Miami University now offers a study abroad exchange program with LUNEX University that lets SLAM master’s candidates study European sport management and gain international perspectives while one LUNEX student studies locally on the Oxford campus — the program connects global sport trends with local career opportunities.  Miami University
  • Moira Casey has worked at Miami University Regionals for over 20 years and will begin as interim dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Applied Science on July 1.
