  • Miami University selected the Carnegie Avenue site in the Innovation District to serve as the hub for its Urban Bridges program, with the CedarTech office building hosting a dynamic new space for Bachelor Hall. The campus also celebrates 200 years of The Miami Student and honors local achievements.  Miami University
  • Miami University’s VP for Research and Innovation, Susan McDowell, will retire on June 30 (after helping boost research funding and safety) and Rick Page will serve as interim VP starting July 1.  Miami University
  • Hardy Eshbaugh, a veteran and Professor Emeritus at Miami, explained how his knowledge of seeds led him to a classified role in the U.S. Army Chemical Corp in Dugway — a turning point that launched his long teaching career in Oxford.  Oxford Free Press
