- ➤ Professor Matt Omasta received a Level 2 IGNITE grant from CTE for his project (Enhancing Student Understanding of Backward Design Through GPTs) aimed at helping students learn backward design in theater classes. The project will improve teaching methods at the local institution. Miami University
- ➤ Miami University’s Board of Trustees approved construction of a new multipurpose arena at Cook Field with a budget up to $281 million during its Feb. 27 meeting. It also granted promotion and tenure for 32 faculty and three librarians effective July 1 and merged two language departments. Miami University
