- ➤ Oxford Winter House opened Dec. 21, 2025, to offer temporary shelter with meals and support services; volunteers filled dinner shifts by Jan. 28 and a donor memorialized his late mother with a plaque at 5223 College Corner Pike. The shelter assisted 28 guests nightly and connected four to permanent housing. Oxford Free Press
